Many will probably remember the Flag Head that I drew on the light shaft window in my old apartment in San Francisco. As of August 31st, I am no longer a "Hugonaut." I've finally given up my apartment, and so the Flag Head has been removed. So here are "before" and "after" shorts, plus a few shots of the now empty apartment. The Blue Room, which some may remember as the "Perry Como" Room, was in varous interations a study, and library, and office and a place to hanging in my hammock and enjoy the occasional sunshine. The name came from the table that was in this room that was given to me by Perry Como's son. (He used to have a boat at a marina I worked at, and gave it to me when he left the marina.) Long gone now are the days of Club House parties (three storeys, a hundred or so people, live music, bar and more fun than anyone should be allowed to have.)
